Solar System Clock(s)

This is my piece for the second annual Clock group show at Pony Club! (my first piece to a Pony show as an official member) The theme is simple; find a working clock and then make it your own.

I've had this clock for a little while, a multiple time zone setup. Originally, the body of the clock was brushed steel with white clock faces, each telling the time of a different major city from around the world. I used Testers model paint for the entire project, mixing a few colors but mainly keeping to a 12 color palette. This is the first "painting" I have done in about five years. I might be painting a little more often in the future!

If you are a Portland local, come to the clock show First Thursday opening this coming July 2nd!
