I was just agreeing with a friend that today is a great day for cooking or being creative.  We were swapping recipes and talking about kitchen stuff like how to peel a potato.  Pozole (or yes, Posole-?) is something I am looking to master...  here is a picture of some yesterday from Cha! Cha!
