EaT: An Oyster Bar
EaT is an acronym for Ethan and Tobias the founders and owners. EaT is founded on the premise of good food and good drinks in a casual environment with friendly service. We?re taking what we love about New Orleans cuisine and using local products to reproduce our favorites here in the Northwest. As a result, we?re in the process of building an authentic New Orleans Oyster Bar right here in Portland, OR. What?s authentic you say? our place will have a raw bar, plenty of Abita beer and classic cocktails from our old style bar helping to revive the days of the cocktail culture. Follow along on this blog to view the progress and receive information about the restaurant and special event.
